Cancellation Policy

General Policy
Once a booking is confirmed and payment is received, all payments made to Maison De Proposal FZ LLC are non-refundable. Event planning, coordination, and vendor reservations begin immediately after confirmation.

Rescheduling
Clients may request to reschedule their proposal or event up to 7 days prior to the scheduled date, subject to availability and vendor approval. Rescheduling within less than 7 days will incur a re-booking fee starting from 1,000 AED. Severe weather or venue restrictions may allow rescheduling without added cost, where possible.

No-Show or Late Arrival
If the client fails to arrive on time, all setup and included services will still conclude at the scheduled end time. Failure to attend the scheduled event results in forfeiture of all payments made.

Changes to Bookings
After final agreement on setup, venue, or timing, any significant changes may incur additional charges and depend on vendor approval. All modifications must be made in writing at least 7 days before the event date.

Force Majeure
In the event of uncontrollable circumstances such as extreme weather, venue closures, or government restrictions, Maison De Proposal FZ LLC may postpone the event or substitute suppliers and locations of similar value. Refunds will not be issued for cancellations arising from such circumstances.

Refunds
No refunds will be issued after booking confirmation. If Maison De Proposal FZ LLC cannot fulfill an agreed service due to internal reasons, a full refund or an alternative date will be offered at the company’s discretion.

Agreement
By confirming your booking and submitting payment, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this Cancellation Policy.
