Eligibility
Maison De Proposal’s services are available only to individuals aged 21 and above who are legally able to enter into binding contracts under UAE law. By using our services, you confirm that you meet this requirement and that all information you provide is accurate and truthful.

Our Services
Maison De Proposal FZ LLC provides luxury event styling, proposal planning, and full or half-day romantic experiences across Dubai. We work with trusted third-party vendors, venues, and suppliers to deliver the services listed in your confirmed package or invoice.

Accuracy of Information
Images, descriptions, and visuals on our website and social media are for illustrative purposes. Actual setups may vary depending on venue, lighting, and availability of décor or materials.

Third-Party Vendors & Venues
Each vendor and venue has its own terms, rules, and access conditions (e.g. dress code, timing, permits, or restrictions). Clients must comply with all venue regulations, including those related to alcohol, noise, and public behavior. Maison De Proposal is not responsible for penalties or denials of access due to client non-compliance.

Payments & Refunds
Full payment is required before any booking or planning begins. All payments are non-refundable, including deposits. Payments must be made directly to Maison De Proposal FZ LLC via bank transfer or card. Prices may vary based on vendor availability and peak seasons (Valentine’s Day, Eid, Christmas, etc.).

Changes & Cancellations
Once confirmed, changes to your setup or date may result in additional planning or vendor fees. Vendor or location changes may occur due to circumstances beyond our control (e.g. weather, maintenance, or safety). In such cases, an alternative of similar value will be arranged. No refunds will be issued for client-requested cancellations.

Weather & Outdoor Setups
If poor weather affects your outdoor setup, Maison De Proposal will make every effort to relocate or reschedule your event. However, client-initiated date changes due to weather are not permitted.

Timings & Attendance
Each setup is arranged for a fixed time period as listed in your itinerary. Late arrivals or missed events will result in the forfeiture of all services and payments.

Setup & Equipment
All décor, lighting, and accessories remain the property of Maison De Proposal unless otherwise purchased. Any damage or loss to our property or the venue caused by the client will be charged accordingly.

Photography & Videography
Maison De Proposal may photograph or film your setup for internal and promotional use. Clients booking photography/videography services agree that their images and videos may be used on Maison De Proposal’s website or social media unless otherwise stated in writing before the event.

Content Delivery
Edited photos and videos will be delivered digitally within 14 business days after the event, provided full payment has been received. Express delivery within 48 hours is available at an additional cost. Download links are valid for 7 days.

Safety & Liability
Clients participate voluntarily and at their own risk. Maison De Proposal FZ LLC is not liable for injury, illness, property damage, or loss during any proposal or event. Clients must adhere to all UAE laws and venue safety regulations.

Permits & Legal Compliance
For setups on public beaches, rooftops, or private locations, any required permits or approvals must be secured in advance. Maison De Proposal will assist where possible but is not responsible for permit denials or enforcement actions.

Communication
All planning communication will take place via email or WhatsApp messages. Voice notes are not accepted to ensure clarity and documentation. Maison De Proposal’s business hours are Monday–Saturday, 9:00 AM–4.00 PM (UAE time).

Force Majeure
In the event of unforeseen circumstances (e.g. pandemics, border closures, civil unrest, or venue restrictions), your proposal may be postponed or modified at vendor discretion. Planning fees remain non-refundable.

Defamation & Conduct
Clients agree not to post defamatory or misleading statements about Maison De Proposal, its staff, or partners online. Legal action may be taken under UAE defamation laws for any false or harmful claims.

Ownership of Intellectual Property
All images, designs, written content, and creative materials remain the property of Maison De Proposal FZ LLC. Unauthorised use, copying, or reproduction is strictly prohibited.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, with jurisdiction in Dubai. Any disputes will first be addressed through informal negotiations for up to 30 days, followed by arbitration in Dubai under UAE law.

By making a booking or payment, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to
all the above Terms & Conditions of Maison De Proposal FZ LLC.
