Do you only do proposals?
No — while proposals are our specialty, we also create setups for anniversaries, date nights, bridal showers, birthdays, and other milestone celebrations
We always recommend booking as early as possible to secure your preferred date and setup, especially during peak times such as Valentine’s Day, Christmas, and New Year, when bookings can be taken up to 4-6 months in advance. That said, we know love can’t always wait 💍 — and we do offer same-day packages, provided they are booked before 12 PM for an evening setup. These are subject to availability and are best suited for our simpler, ready-to-style packages. For more complex proposals — such as rooftops, private venues, or setups requiring permits (e.g. photography permissions, fireworks, or municipality approvals) — we recommend booking at least 3–6 weeks in advance, as some permits may take up to 14 days to arrange. The more time you allow, the easier it is for us to secure your ideal location, décor, and suppliers, giving you the best chance of getting your dream proposal.
Do I need to book the hotel, rooftop, or venue myself?
For most packages, we handle all bookings and arrangements for you so the process is completely stress-free. For some packages (like hotel rooms), the client is responsible for booking the accommodation, while we take care of all décor and styling.
Can I customise a package?
Absolutely! All of our packages can be personalized to your style, colors, and preferences. For couples wanting a fully unique experience, we also offer bespoke proposals and half-day or full-day curated experiences.
What happens if the weather is bad or the beach/rooftop is closed?
For outdoor setups, we always monitor conditions closely. If Dubai Municipality closes a beach or there is bad weather, we will relocate the setup to a suitable indoor or private venue. Refunds are not provided in these cases, but we’ll adapt your experience to ensure it’s still magical.
Do you offer photography or videography?
Yes — we can provide a professional photographer or videographer as an add-on to any package. This ensures your special moment is beautifully captured.
How do I book and pay?
Simply click “Book Now” on your chosen package page. You’ll be able to select a date and time, and pay securely online. For customised packages like half-day or full-day experiences, you can fill out our inquiry form to receive a tailored quote.
What is your cancellation policy?
Once a booking is confirmed and payment is received, all payments made to Maison De Proposal FZ LLC are non-refundable. Event planning, coordination, and vendor reservations begin immediately after confirmation. To read our full Cancellation Policy, please click here.
